The Government of Kelontan entered into a contract with a British Company in respect of certain mining operations. The contract contained an Arbitration clause, pursuant to which an award was made in favour of Kelontan. The British Company sued in England for enforcement of the award. Kelontan claims immunity from jurisdiction.
