10-mark question · Part C · Constitutional Law – I
A and B are neighbours. A, a budding singer, wanted to organize a live music concert in front of his residence, but 'B' objected to it on the ground that it would cause him nuisance. Aggrieved by such objection, A filed a writ petition against 'B' in the High Court on the ground that action of 'B' violated his freedom of speech and expression. Decide the maintainability of writ petition.
