Suman went to a supermarket and picked some goods and went out of the supermarket without paying for the same. The employees of the supermarket alleged that she committed theft and a criminal case was filed against her. In her defence, she said that she is a diabetic depressed patient and she out of depression did not pay the amount for the goods. State whether her act can be brought under any exceptions of IPC.
