Sultana bibi has a son and two step sons. Two sets of sons along with one of their relatives killed Sultana bibi. A criminal case was filed against all the three. After three months Sultana's son filed a petition on behalf of his step brothers stating that it is their internal and family matter and requested the Court to release the accused. If you are a Judge, what will you do? Whether you can release or punish the accused?
