'J' the owner of a car wants to engage an agent for sale at a price of Rs. 50,000/ -. The agent handed over his car to 'P' an agent, who purchased car in good faith. 'P' sold the car for Rs. 40,000/- to 'A', who paid the money. 'J' sues 'A' to recover the car. Decide by giving reasons whether 'J' would succeed.
