A wrote a letter offering to sell his house to B for Rs. 10,000. B, just before receiving this letter, wrote a letter to A stating that he wants to buy the house of A for Rs. 10,000. After receiving A's letter B did give formal acceptance. On receiving B's letter A also did not give formal acceptance. Is there valid contract between, them?
