'A' offers to sell his cycle to B for Rs.1,000. B offers to buy it for Rs. 750/- A refuses to sell. B then tells 'A', 'I accept your offer and shall purchase the cycle for Rs.1000/-.' Is A bound to sell the cycle to 'B' for Rs. 1000/-.
