Mr. Das offering to sell his farm to Mr. Lal for Rs. 80,000/- but Lal said he would buy it for Rs. 75,000/- only. Later on Lal agreed to buy the farm for Rs. 80,000/-. But then Das sell the farm. Can Lal sue for specific performance of contract?
