A group of auctioneers carried on the trade of auctioning vegetables in a private premises. Those persons who brought vegetables for sale kept their carts on the public road in a manner so as to cause obstruction to road traffic the noise caused by auctioning the vegetables caused discomfort to the people in the locality. What action can be taken against the auctioneers?
