The service rules of the King Airlines provides that "an Air Hostess would be terminated from the service of the company upon attaining the age of 35 years, or on marriage, if took place within 4 years of service or on first pregnancy, whichever is occurred earlier". The services of Ms. Geeta an Air Hostess of the King Airlines were terminated on the ground of her pregnancy. Can it be challenged in a court of law. Advise.
