The answer sheets of a professional course's external examination in a specific subject were assessed by a government teacher. Due to negligent evaluation, numerous students received considerably lower marks in that particular subject. Even two consistently high -performing students, who were usually the toppers, failed in the subject. Despite being confident in their performance, they now seek a remedy.
