1. Essentials of a Valid Contract.
2. Void, Voidable and Valid Contract.
3. Discharge by Novation.
4. Kinds of Injunctions.
5. Undue Influence.
6. Wagering Contracts.
7. Joint Promisors.
8. Liquidated Damages.
PART - B (2 x 15 = 30 Marks)
Answer any two of the following :
9. 'Consideration may be past, present or future.' - Discuss with reference
to relevant cases.
10. Discuss the effect of acceptance through electronic medium.
11. What are contingent contracts?
12. Explain the principles of appropriation of payments.
PART - C (2 x 10 = 20 Marks)
Answer any two of the following :
13. A promises to pay a time barred debt. Is it a valid consideration?
14. A finds a watch on the road. He gives it to B for repairing it. B refuses
to return it. Can A sue B?
15. A inspects the building before buying it. B the agent does not disclose
the defects in the building. Can A sue for misrepresentation?
16. A promises to buy a bike to his son if B secures a first class in the
exams. Can B file a suit for breach of promise if A fails to fulfill his
promise?
